Gastropera - Musical Dining Experience

Concept development, storytelling, sensorial experience design, marketing and PR

One day, I listened to Sylvia Falcon, a Peruvian folkloric singer who sings covers of traditional songs in lyric style (Opera). I decided to create an event called Gastropera in my restaurant. The result was a cultural exploration of gastronomy, music and visual experiences. For two evenings a month I throwed a gourmet extravaganza of five courses paired with traditional music in lyric version. I had on scene one soprano, one tenor and two musicians. Plus, a robust team of chefs and waiters.
